PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, AS FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN SURCHARGES

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price (including travel) is required which will be credited towards your total price. The final balance will be due on or before the appointment date.
Payments can be made through E-Transfer or the Booking site provided.

A travel fee will be charged for on-site / home service bookings. Please ensure to provide the artist with the correct address in order to determine the total cost of service.
Parking expenses are not included in the rate, and will be the client’s responsibility to cover expenses. We will do our best to park in the cheapest lot if possible.
For destination weddings, please ensure to fill out the Bridal Inquiry form for a customized quote. Keep in mind that all travel, luggage, food, accommodation expenses will be the client’s responsibility.

All bookings outside of our office hours are considered early morning / evening bookings; Anytime before 8am and after 6pm.
These bookings will incur an additional fee of $50.

We request that all clients provide a notice of cancellation, via email or text, if makeup service is no longer required. Any payment or deposit made will be forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
In the case of a date change, alternate date and time should be discussed at the earliest.

All ladies receiving makeup application should have a clean face with brows already waxed / threaded and be ready to start once the artist arrives and set up. This is very important so we can stay on schedule, and finish application in the allotted time.

A late fee of $15 will be incurred for every 10 mins of delay after the scheduled booking time.
After 20 minutes delay, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.

If you are sick or are experiencing flu symptoms or infections, please do not book an appointment, kindly ensure you’re in great health before coming in for your appointment.
If you fall in this category and you go ahead to book an appointment, it will be canceled upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding!

Photos or videos may be taken during the appointment to showcase our work on our website, social media platforms, etc. for future clients to view. You agree to us taking and using these photos and videos as described. Where photos / videos are taken by a professional photographer / videographer, they may be contacted as well to share the final photos / videos, of which proper credit will be given to them for their work.
